I have included positive statements below which can help you create an empowering and positive birth experience.

You can print off the ones you like (or copy down on a post-it note)… place them around your home (in subtle places, i.e inside the fridge, or less subtle places, i.e. the bathroom mirror)… every time you spot one, say it aloud to yourself, to help affirm it and make it a reality. You can even decorate your birting space with them
